ARRIVAL INFORMATION

ETA’s: Vessels arriving at Mina Zayed are required to provide the Operations Department and or the Harbour Master
              with the following ETA and draft on arrival.

1. At least 48 hours prior to arrival or on leaving the last port whichever is later, via Abu Dhabi Terminals, tel: +971 2 6730600, fax: +971 2 6731023
2. Confirm the vessel’s ETA at least 24 hours prior to arrival at the designated pilotage area.
3. Notify ETD 1 hour prior to departure.
   
   Prior to arrival, all vessels regardless of tonnage should provide Port Zayed Control with the following information:

1. Name of vessel
2. Port of Registry
3. GRT (highest tonnage)
4. LOA
5. Draft
6. Cargo to load or discharge
7. Pilot boarding arrangements
8. number of crew indicating the number of deck crew available for maneuvering.
9. Health Information
10. Last Port of call
11. Next Port of call

Offers Available: Fresh water, Towage, Launch services, Provisions, Repatriation, Radio Repairs,
                                   Fumigation, Bunkering, Medicals, Surveys and Rubbish Collection.

Storage Facilities: Covered Storage 138,000 sq.meters, Open Storage 1,000,000 sq. meters, Cold Storage
                                      5,700 W/M, Storage Import free 30 days, Transshipment and Long Term Storage Free is negotiable,
                                      Stevedores monopoly of Port Authority.

Working Hours: Normal working hours 0700 to 2100 hrs (Saturday-Thursday), Port Overtime 2100 to 0400
                                 hrs (Saturday-Thursday).

Port Charges: Normal AED 100.00/gang hr. (also applicable on Fridays), Light Dues AED 11.00/100 NRT, Fridays and
                             Holidays 0700 to 0400 hrs., Port Overtime AED 200.00/gang hr. (only applicable on public holidays) and
                             Marine Dues berthing/unberthing double.
